An outstanding example of the Gozo farmhouse holiday
villa. The entrance courtyard is in reality an open-air hallway with doors
leading off to bedrooms, the living room and to the upper floor gallery and its
bedrooms. Whilst one has to effectively go outside to get from the bedrooms to
the lounge, one is still enclosed within the exterior walls of the villa and
therefore private. Very unusual, however the feeling of light and space this
design creates is quite extraordinary.
Upper Floor:
From the main courtyard an open staircase leads up to; twin bedroom and en suite
bathroom with over-bath shower, master double bedroom, en suite bathroom with
over -bath shower and doors to a private terrace with delightful views.
Ground Floor:
Entrance is into a small open-air courtyard with the original tiled floor. To
the right is a bedroom with three single beds, superb arched ceiling and en
suite shower room. Guest toilet adjacent to the bedroom. To the left is the
comfortable living room and kitchen diner with doors to a further sun-trap
courtyard with private pool, sun terrace and outdoor dining and barbecue area.
