It-Tarhuna is a magnificent superior class farmhouse beautifully restored
in a traditional Gozitan style in the outskirts of Victoria, just a
10-minute walk from the city centre and the unique Citadel. You enter from
a common entrance into the farmhouse's private hallway. The farmhouse
itself has a spacious arched millroom combining an open-plan lounge/diner
with sofas and chairs, and a fully equipped oak kitchen with natural
gozitan marble worktops. The huge bamboo shaded verandah which opens off
the dining area has a great view over the superb swimming pool (12 x
13.5m) and beyond to the surrounding fields leading up to the unique
bastions and fortifications dating back several centuries. There is cable
TV, International Pay Phone and a fireplace. A built-in barbeque is near
the private swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms on the
ground floor, one with en suite. There is also a main bedroom. A
traditional stone staircase leads from the wide hallway up to an airy

balcony. The other has a large roof terrace overlooking pastoral Gelmus
hill.
