On the mezzanine level, twin bedroom with doors to a private terrace. Steps up to first floor and twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Huge double bedroom and en suite bathroom with over-bath shower. Two arched French windowed doors open onto a large upper terrace (also accessed from the landing), again with the superb views. Internal stairs lead to the roof terrace with fantastic views, not suitable for unsupervised children.

Lower Floor:
Entrance to a huge paved courtyard and enormous pool, with pool side dining and barbecue. Spacious living room with French windowed doors to the pool terrace, large kitchen and dining area. Shower room off the stair well.

There's a huge pool with whirlpool spa and surrounding terrace, just perfect for family holidays. Maxwell is semi-detached and is private from its neighbour.
