The house centres around the pool and courtyard which is
completely enclosed, private and fairly secluded. Very spacious, enhanced
further by the open access to the bedrooms from the courtyard. The internal
spiral staircase is a traditional feature but thoughtfully the owners have also
provided a conventional staircase to the upper floor.
Upper Floor:
An internal spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, also reached by an
external staircase from the pool terrace courtyard. Double bedroom and a twin
bedroom each with en suite bathroom and over-bath shower. Double bedroom.
Lower Floor:
Separate shower room. Spacious kitchen with door to a shaded outdoor dining area
and the pool terrace with built-in barbecue. Cosy living and dining room with a
lovely arched ceiling.
